Copper Press Fittings

Mamba Copper Press Fittings are designed to provide a fast, secure and reliable connection for professional plumbing installations.

Manufactured from copper and copper alloy, the fittings use an M profile press connection and are made in accordance with EN1254-7. They are also WRAS approved, making them suitable for use within potable water systems.

The fittings are designed for use with copper tube manufactured to EN1057 and are available in sizes ranging from 15mm to 54mm, providing options for both domestic and commercial installations.

Each fitting is supplied with a black EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) O-ring, which provides a reliable seal once the fitting has been correctly pressed. The fittings also feature a Leak Before Press (LBP) design, helping installers identify any connections that have accidentally been left unpressed during system pressure testing.

Mamba Copper Press Fittings are suitable for use in:

  • Vented and unvented closed-circuit heating systems

All applications should remain within the specified pressure and temperature limits for the fitting and system.

The press fit installation method removes the need for soldering or hot works, helping to make installation quicker, cleaner and more consistent while reducing the risks associated with using an open flame on site.

Please note: Mamba Copper Press Fittings are not suitable for use with gas. For gas installations, a suitable approved gas press fitting system should be used.
